We designed and helped to implement an organizational change initiative for CH2M HILL’s Canadian operations, helping to integrate the innovation of sustainability into the Water, Environment and Energy, and Transportation business groups, and participated in the design and implementation of sustainability education for CH2M HILL’s operations in the United States. We assisted Industrial Design Corporation (IDC), a division of CH2M HILL, in conducting a sustainability design charette to introduce and integrate the innovation of sustainability into the design stage of one of the world’s largest commercial dairy projects. We undertook two keynote presentations on sustainability for business and government leaders as part of the firm’s Millennium Speaker Series at the US and Canadian headquarters in Denver and Toronto. We provide on-going sustainability coaching and support for the President of CH2M HILL’s offices in China and Hong Kong, and recently participated with CH2M HILL at a Sustainability Symposium, hosted by the Faculty of Earth Sciences, at the University of Peking in Beijing, China.
