Curt Berrien is a senior organizational consultant with a North American reputation. Prior to joining Sustainability Partners, Curt was president of The Bay Group, a training and consulting organization specializing in the education of executives on ethics and the installation of systems and management practices that support ethical and socially responsible behavior. He also was Senior Vice President and member of the board at the Forum Corporation, a global leader in workplace learning and organizational change with 15 offices worldwide. He has completed extensive consulting and executive development assignments with numerous organizations including Bank of America, Citicorp, Wells Fargo Bank, J. P. Morgan Chase, PNC, Mellon Bank, Continental Illinois Bank, Coutts Bank, Standard Chartered, Toronto Dominion Banking and Financial Group, Fidelity Investments, ARCO, Chevron, Shell, Apple Computer, Microsoft, E.I. DuPont de Nemours, Xerox Corporation, C.B.S., IBM, The American Leadership Forum, U.S. Bancorp, Chase Manhattan, Hewlett-Packard, Levi Strauss, Mattel, W. L. Gore, Chesebrough Ponds, Marriott, American Medical, Kaiser Permanente, Thomson Publications, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and Deloitte & Touche. He currently serves as a member of the executive coaching team at the Toronto Dominion Banking and Financial Group.
Curt has had significant international experience. He has taught worldwide and was an instructor of public administration at Nepal's Center for Economic Development. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Naval Supply Corps in Japan. Curt received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from Wesleyan University and a Master of Business degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business with a concentration in organizational development.
